Progressing Ballet Technique Classes
Whether you simply admire the posture and grace of ballet dancers or perhaps miss your childhood ballet classes or perhaps want to train your core strength balance and stability whilst toning your whole body? This class is safe effective and an absolute joy. In Progressing Ballet Technique we use a swiss gym ball and other simple physio props and dance our simple ballet exercises to classical ballet music. It not only challenges the body but also is a great way of switching off from the world and focusing on yourself. After class you will feel re-energised, uplifted, toned and worked. Over the weeks of training your posture will improve as will your body awareness, alignment, flexibility and weight placement. No prior ballet training is required to attend the class and it is suitable for both women and men.
