Adult Ballet

Whether you took ballet as a child or always dreamt to learn dance, ballet classes as an adult is a great choice if you are looking for a way to improve your posture, flexibility, tone your muscles and make new friends who share the passion for dance. Our new class (Monday evenings from 7pm – 8pm in Swiss Cottage) is an open-level lesson and is suited for all levels. The class is taught by the Principal, Emma, who will ensure all students are challenged within their ability and potential.
